Wow! This one is hard to review. I loved this story. I love this series. But, the sky is not the only thing dark in Atlanta. The darkness comes through in Charlie's life and her experiences. I worry that she never seems to be ahead even when she is ahead. Try and figure that one out! Better Part of Darkness is a great addition to this series and I know that Kelly Gay will continue to write great things for this series. The individual characters may have a while to wait for sunny skies but they keep on pushing through and finding good spots in everything they experience.
